Yes! You can buy and hold dollars (USD) via PIX with a 0.40% swap fee plus R$ 0.75 PIX cash-in. Use your USD balance on the Visa card to spend abroad — or keep it in the app and earn yield. Both options are available out of the box.

PIX is instant in BRL — once your bank confirms it (typically seconds), the BRL is credited to your plan₿ account immediately. To get Bitcoin or USD, you then swap from BRL inside the app, also in seconds.

The minimum is R$ 6. Maximum limits vary based on your KYC verification level — check the "Limits" section in the app for your current limits.

Yes. You can convert your Bitcoin or USD back to BRL and withdraw to any Brazilian bank via PIX at any time.

Any currency globally — your card converts from your Bitcoin or USD balance at the moment of purchase at a 1:1 rate with zero spread. No hidden markups, no FX surcharge, anywhere in the world including Brazil.

Always select CREDIT (crédito) mode at the terminal — even though your plan₿ card is a debit card, Brazilian POS machines require the CREDIT option for international Visa cards to process correctly.

Self-custody means only you can move your funds — there are no middlemen who can freeze or seize them. Your plan₿ wallets (a Gnosis Safe for EVM and a Spark wallet for Bitcoin) belong to you. Access is secured by your email login through Privy, our embedded wallet provider — so you stay in control with the simplicity of an email account.

Just sign in with the same email you used to create your account. Privy (our embedded wallet provider) restores your wallets — Gnosis Safe (EVM) and Spark (Bitcoin) — automatically on any device. A user-controlled seed phrase export, for advanced users who want it, is on our roadmap.

No. Your wallets are non-custodial — plan₿ never holds the keys. Access is gated by your email login through Privy (our embedded wallet provider), so plan₿ has no operational ability to access, freeze, or confiscate your balance. Your money, your control — always.

In your Spark wallet — a self-custodial Bitcoin wallet that fully belongs to you. plan₿ is just the interface; your keys are managed via Privy (our embedded wallet provider) and recoverable through your email login. You can withdraw to any external Bitcoin address whenever you want.

Yes. You can send Bitcoin to any external address. On-chain (Layer 1) withdrawals: 1.00% plan₿ fee plus the network fee paid to miners. Lightning Network payments are also supported for instant, near-free transfers.

We use biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID), end-to-end encryption, and a non-custodial architecture — your wallets are managed via Privy (our embedded wallet provider) and recoverable through your email login. plan₿ never holds your keys.

No. plan₿ does not store your KYC documents or personal identity data. Your verification information is submitted directly to our regulated partners — Gnosis Pay (card infrastructure) and Avenia (PIX / BRL on-ramp) — who are responsible for KYC compliance. plan₿ never sees or retains your ID documents.

Never. The only data we pass is what our regulated partners (Gnosis Pay for the card, Avenia for PIX) require to operate the service. We never sell, share, or monetize your personal data with any third party for any purpose.

Your funds are safe — your wallets aren't on your device. Install plan₿ on a new phone and sign in with the same email you used to create your account: Privy (our embedded wallet provider) restores your Gnosis Safe and Spark wallets automatically. Contact plan₿ support immediately to freeze your Visa card and prevent unauthorized spending.

Yes. The app supports biometric 2FA (Face ID / Touch ID) by default. Additional security settings are available in the app settings.

Limits depend on your KYC verification level. Unverified accounts have lower limits. Fully verified accounts unlock higher daily and monthly limits. Check the "Limits" tab in the app for your specific limits.

No plan₿ fees for card spending. Standard Visa network rates apply for currency conversion when spending in non-BRL currencies.

Contact support immediately via the app. We'll help you investigate and, if needed, freeze your card to prevent further unauthorized charges.

Yes. In the app, open Settings → Security → Delete Account. A 7-day grace period applies — you can cancel by signing back in within that window. After the grace period your account data is permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy retention rules. You can also email contact@planb.army. IMPORTANT: deleting your plan₿ account does NOT delete your funds on the blockchain — withdraw your USD and Bitcoin to another wallet you control BEFORE deleting the account, otherwise you risk losing access (we never had your keys to recover them).
